We tried for many months to hire several plumbers / gas fitters to hook up
our backyard fire pit. Others were not interested, did not know how to connect
the ceramic fire logs or said they did not have time to look for the parts to
complete this small job. Even the store I bought the ceramic fire logs from
said they could not help me. I then sent an email to Mark at ACS and he arrived
at my house the next business day and my fire pit was hooked up and running
within an hour. I certainly wish I had called ACS first. Wow, there are still
good people with pleasant attitudes!
